Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• US Warehouse Items: 3–7 business days
• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business day

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and international destinations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Brian's Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
